CPRD COMMENTS August 30, 2007
FALL REGISTRATION
Brochures for all the fall activities will be in the local mailboxes on Tuesday
August 28th. All programs will begin starting Tuesday September 4th. (Day after
Labor Day). We do not take registrations over the phone so you will need to
register in person. Some classes can fill so it is strongly encouraged to sign
up in advance of the program start date. We look forward to another great fall
season and have some new equipment and program offerings for your benefit.
SOCCER SKILLS CAMP
There will be a skills camp to start off the 2007 soccer year. The camp will be
free of charge and will be held August 30th at the Stillwater Ballfield complex.
Instruction for players in grades K-3 will be held from 4:30 PM-5:30 PM and
players in 4th & grade will be held from 5:30 PM-6:30 PM. Players are advised to
bring their shin guards as there will be drills that could involve shins being
exposed to injury or bruising.
Registration for the fall program will be received at this time but we will only
accept checks to insure no money is lost. No cash will be accepted at the skills
camp but those wishing to pay their fees in cash may do so at the community
center where we can properly handle cash and issue receipts.
CPRD KIDS & BREAKFAST CLUB REGISTRATION STILL OPEN
There is still time to sign-up children in grades K-5 for “CPRD Kids” & the
“Breakfast Club.” For those who don’t know CPRD Kids is and after school program
for children in grades K-5. The cost is $35.00 per session and the program is
active whenever school is in session. The kids are dropped off from about 3:30
PM until 6:00 PM.
Breakfast Club is free to school children K-5 due to the sponsorship of the
Quality of Life Corporation. The Breakfast Club is open from 6:30 AM-8:00 AM
