CPRD SPONSORS BIKE EXCURSION TO FORSYTH – JULY 20TH, 2010
On Tuesday, July 20th, 2010, CPRD will be sponsoring a biking excursion to Forsyth, MT. Participants will leave CPRD at 8:00 AM Tuesday morning and will finish at the Dairy Queen in Forsyth, MT. Participants should wear a helmet and bring plenty of water, money for ice cream and to split fuel expenses for the pickup vehicle, and a tire repair kit if possible. Prepare! Do some biking before taking on this challenge!

CASTLE ROCK CHALLENGE 5K OBSTACLE COMPETITION SCHEDULED FOR JULY 24TH
Are you a warrior? Take the Castle Rock Challenge! The Castle Rock Challenge is a 5K obstacle course competition. The Castle Rock Challenge will take place on Saturday, July 24th, 2010 at Castle Rock Lake in Colstrip, MT. Competition will begin at 12:00 PM. Prizes will be awarded to first place male and female in three categories: teen, open, and masters. Prizes will also be awarded for the best male and female costume. 35TH ANNUAL SPOIL-A-THON, AUGUST 7TH, 2010
CPRD’s Spoil-A-Thon is coming soon! The 35th Annual Spoil-A-Thon will take place on Saturday, August 7th, 2010. The Spoil-A-Thon completion includes a 3 mile bike race, a 3 mile cross country run, and a 100 yard shallow water swim. Registration for the Spoil-A-Thon will be from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM on Saturday, August 7th. Starting time is 9:00 AM. The bike leg will begin north of Colstrip on highway 39 at mile marker 27. Entry fee includes a t- shirt and refreshments after the race. For more information, call 748-3326.

MISSOULA CHILDREN’S THEATRE COMING TO COLSTRIP!
The Missoula Children’s Threatre is returning to Colstrip to present “The Princess and the Pea”. Audition for the “Princess and the Pea” will take place at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 9th, 2010 in the CPRD main gym. Showtime for the “Princess and the Pea” will be 3:00 and 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 14th, 2010 in the Colstrip High School Auditorium. Individuals grades 1-12 are encouraged to audition for this production. For more information, call Emily at 740-2121.
