CPRD PRESENTS “RAGTIME” TUMBLING RECITAL – MARCH 11, 2010
The annual CPRD spring tumbling recital will be held on Thursday, March 11th, 2010 at 7:00 PM in the CPRD main gym. The theme for this year’s recital is “Ragtime”. All parents and members of the general public are invited to come and see what the tumbling students have been working on during the fall and spring sessions. 52 tumbling students, ages 2 years to 10 years, will be participating in the recital.
Refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the performance.

CPRD MELTDOWN UPDATE
CPRD’s Meltdown fitness program is still going strong! During week 7 of the program, participants lost a combined total of 76 pounds! 80 participants exercised at least 3 times per week and 65 participants worked out at least 5 times per week. Great job everyone! Let’s keep it up to improve our overall health and wellness!

CPRD’S MELTDOWN DINNER SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 22ND, 2010
CPRD’s Meltdown fitness program concludes with a Meltdown celebration dinner which is scheduled for Monday, March 22nd, 2010 at the Colstrip City Hall. The Meltdown dinner, which begins at 6:30 PM, will be prepared and served by CPRD’s fitness staff. In addition to a great meal, Meltdown participants will also be given the opportunity to win great prizes! For more information, please contact Tammy at 748-3326. Join CPRD in celebrating your Meltdown success with a fun, healthy meal!
