Tai Chi For Health
Come and learn a new skill that is growing across the
USA. Tai Chi is an ancient Oriental exercise that combines intense
mental focus with deliberate graceful movements that has proven to help
with arthritis, improve strength, agility, relaxation and physical as
well as mental balance. In this class we will learn the basic movements
and principles of Tai Chi. Have fun and socialize! Tai Chi is a great
addition to your existing workout. A total low impact to no impact
workout.
