Fitness Classes

There will be two sessions (January 2 - March 14) (March 24 - May 16).  Registration for Fitness classes will be accepted anytime during the two sessions.  All Fitness classes are FREE TO MEMBERS.

Our policy requires no children under the age of 7 years will be allowed in the building, the swimming pool, or the wading pool, without the direct supervision of a person over the age of 13.

Rejuvenate your fitness program.  Start fresh by letting Becky, Bo, Tammy, Deann, Jodi, Stacey and Tasha help you meet your individual fitness needs.

Early Risers
    
Need more energy or to drop a few pounds?  It's time to get up and get going early at 6:00 a.m.  It's the best part of the day and the most efficient time to exercise.  Strengthen muscles with weight room circuits on Tuesday and Thursday, build cardio with indoor cycling Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  See and feel the results!  Bring a water bottle.  First come first serve on bike availability..

Circuit Training
     If you want to firm and strengthen muscles then your focus should be on Circuit Training.  It is an exercise method which incorporates the use of different stations on the universal weight machine, free weights, aerobics machines and dumbbells.

Yogilates
     The #1 major ager in stress!  Relieve your aching neck, back, shoulders, wrists and feet with this gentle Yoga & Pilate's class.  Learn breathing techniques to help reduce stress and tension on the body and the mind.  You will learn modifications for poses and how to use the blocks.  Specially designed for those who avoided yoga because of their lack of flexibility, low fitness level, or chronic pain, these simple yet challenging exercise strengthen and massage joints and muscles from head to toe, leaving you refreshed and restored!  (Real Men do yoga!)

Yoga
    
Make time for yourself!  It is very important for all of us to take time out of our busy schedules for ourselves.  Take the time to slow down, releave stress and tension, and become more fit in the process.  Yoga can do all of this for you and more!  Learn how moving through basic postures can increase your strength and flexibility.  Come and take charge of your health and wellness.  Learn how to breath again.  New on Fridays, wind down the end of your week with deep stretching, focused breathing, restorative postures and the all time favorite final relaxation.

Spring Walking

Turbo Kickboxing

Tai Chi For Health
     Come and learn a new skill that is growing across the USA.  Tai Chi is an ancient Oriental exercise that combines intense mental focus with deliberate graceful movements that has proven to help with arthritis, improve strength, agility, relaxation and physical as well as mental balance.  In this class we will learn the basic movements and principles of Tai Chi. Have fun and socialize!  Tai Chi is a great addition to your existing workout.  A total low impact to no impact workout.

Nooners
    
Do you need to squeeze a workout into your busy schedule?  Come and join Becky, Stacey, and Deanne on your lunch break.  M, W, F join Becky in the weight room for Circuit training.  T, TH we will have a variety of cardio muscle strength and endurance, and the ever popular abs and back!  There will be something different everyday, so come and give it a try!
