Notice of Public Hearing
The Colstrip Park and Recreation District board of commissioners will hold a
public hearing to solicit public comment in regards to a request by Richard and
Mercedes Kroll (current lease holders at Mulligans Restaurant & Pub) a public
owned facility at the Ponderosa Butte Public Golf Course to add improvements at
their cost to screen in the west patio at the Ponderosa Butte Public Golf Course
Clubhouse.
All persons wishing to be heard “For” or “Against” this request are invited to
attend a public hearing scheduled for 6:00 PM Monday May 5, 2008 at Mulligans
Restaurant 1 Long Drive Colstrip, MT and be heard.
Anyone unable to attend the public hearing but have a desire to be heard are
encouraged to submit any written comments to: Colstrip Park and Recreation
District, Board of commissioners P.O. Box 127-110 Park Street, Colstrip, MT
59323-0127 on or noon before May 5, 2008 by noon MST.
